Clubhouse Renovation
Good Morning Beechwood Shores Neighbors,
Per the 5-year asset plan shared at our Annual Meeting and based on our 2021 Asset Study, renovation of the clubhouse kitchen, foyer, and bathrooms will occur starting this week (12/16/24).
Accordingly, the clubhouse will not be available for use or reservations until March 2025 with one exception.
Those with access to the clubhouse for workout room use will still be able to use those facilities in the interim. Remember, however, bathroom facilities will not be available.
We appreciate your understanding as we make renovations to make our amenities better for your future use.
